Paragon Community Housing Group was formed by the convergence of Elmbridge Housing Trust and Richmond upon Thames Churches Housing Trust.

Paragon formally came into operation on 2nd April 2007 and has set its initial priorities to:-

  • Be a major provider of affordable housing in Surrey, Sussex and South West London
  • Deliver an excellent housing service and make the neighbourhoods in which we operate a better place
  • Be an employer of choice, recruiting and retaining high quality staff
  • Increase the financial strength on the Group by further business growth
