About us

Paragon Community Housing Group is an organisation dedicated to providing a variety of homes and related services.

Paragon is the ultimate holding company of Elmbridge Housing Trust and Richmond upon Thames Churches Housing Trust. We operate in Elmbridge, Richmond upon Thames, Kingston upon Thames, Wandsworth and surrounding boroughs.

We own and manage almost 9,000 homes including general needs, older people homes, supported housing, care homes, key worker homes and shared ownership homes.
