Board of management
Paragon Community Housing employs over 250 dedicated staff who assist in servicing more than 25,000 residents and managing over 8,500 homes.
Our day-to-day operations are managed by the Group Chief Executive, Dilip Kavi and the Executive Management Team. They report to the Group Board – led by John Cudd, Chairman.
Our Executive Management Teams seek to ensure that residents and neighbourhoods receive excellent, regionally-tailored services in their respective areas. The Group’s central services – such as Finance, HR and IT – which are mainly delivered from Case House, Paragon’s Head Office in Walton-on-Thames.
