Richmond Churches Board of Directors
The Board of the Richmond Churches Housing Trust steers and directs the activities of the organisation. Members of the Board are chosen to ensure a broad cross section of skills and experience within the housing sector. Our balanced and widely skilled Board of Management has an integral role in shaping policy, future directions and methods of operation.

Tracey Lees (Chair) - is the Chief Executive of Barnet Homes and has spent the last 27 years working in social housing for a number of different social landlords including both housing associations and local authorities. Tracey lives in Teddington and joined Richmond Churches Board in January 2007 to support the Trust in delivering more new homes and good quality services to residents in South West London. Tracy was elected as Chair in November 2011.

Alfons Dankis - a qualified accountant who has been involved in the housing sector in a variety of roles for over 25 years. Alfons was Group Finance Director of the Guinness Partnership until 2010. Already a board member of Crown Housing Association, Alfons joined the Richmond Churches Board in June 2011.

Dave Dempsey – tenant board member. David joined the Board in 2010.

Kate Howard - is a Richmond Borough Council representative on the Board. Kate was elected to the council from 2006-2010 during which time she was a committee member on both Adult Social Care, Housing and Planning. Kate joined the Board in 2010.

David Hunter BSc - David qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloittes before joining 3i, the private equity group where he became MD of the Investment Management Group. After a 20 year stint at 3i, David has moved to a pleural role in recent years with a range of non executive roles in both the commercial and not for profit sectors.
Interests in venture and social investment include membership of Bridges Ventures Investment Committee and a role as a non executive director of one of the venture capital trusts managed by ISIS partners. In addition David is a board member of two new businesses - Forest Holidays, a spinout from the Forestry Commission of its leisure business and MediaMetrica, an on street media business.
In the not for profit area David is Chair of the Finance Committee of the University for the Creative Arts and Chair of the Audit Committee at Age UK. David is also a member of the Finance Committee of the Diocese of London and University College London’s External Advisory Board.

Jennifer Laney - tenant board member and member of TAC. Jennifer joined the Board in 2006.

Paul Powici - has worked for local authorities and worked for the Housing Corporation until 2006. He sits on the board of Mount Green Housing Association and is involved in other local voluntary activities. Paul's particular interests lie in housing and policy development. Paul joined the Richmond Churches Board in 2009.
