Paragon are committed to providing high quality services at the best value possible. Here are some of this ways we have saved money over the last year.

Paragon spends 32% of its budget on its maintenance service. With the new Morrison contract we aim to maintain and improve service quality but achieve significant savings going forward over the next twelve months and beyond.

Our value for money group, made up of residents and staff, is dedicated to achieving savings whilst maintaining quality. Priorities for 2010-11 are the maintenance service, asset management and service charges.

Our new group-wide magazine,the Resident, has made significant savings whilst receiving praise for its content and style, and a new resident-led editorial panel is being formed.

We operate a very successful Welfare Benefits Advice service which has secured over £400,000 in unclaimed benefit/new entitlement over the past 12 months.
