Key Stakeholders

Elmbridge Housing Trust works in partnership with a number of organisations to enable effective delivery of quality housing for local residents. 

The partnering contractors include:

• Morrison carry out the Gas and Central Heating Servicing for all Trust properties
• The repairs partnering arrangement is with Morrison who carry out the day to day repairs and repairs to voids (empty properties).
• Morrison is also working with the Trust on the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms.

As well as improving it's existing properties, Paragon works with a number of development partners to build new homes.
