Our balanced and widely skilled Board of Management has its members drawn from tenants, the local authority and the wider community. This voluntary Board has an integral role in shaping policy, future directions and methods of operation.

Managing Director - Scott Baxendale, FCIH DMS MBA
Housing Manager with theTrust from 1997, Scott took on the Head of Housing role during the stock transfer process. When the Trust became part of the Paragon Community Housing Group Scott became Managing Director. Prior to this he worked for Eastleigh Borough Council and subsequently Eastleigh Housing Association from 1994 -1996 as Housing Manager, and beforehand for Bradford Metropolitan and Kirklees Borough Councils.
