Harassment
Harassment is abuse which may be verbal or physical and which could include attacks to property as well as people. Some examples of this include racial, homophobic, gender related, culture related or religious harassment.
Harassment also includes threats or acts of harassment towards our staff and contractors as well as to residents.
If you tell us you are a victim of harassment we will treat your report confidentially and arrange to visit you within 24 hours of receiving your report. We will work with you to agree a way forward supporting you to resolve the problem. With your consent, we will work with other agencies such as the Police, Victim Support and other relevant support services.
