You are here Home > Elmbridge Housing Trust > Anti social behaviour > Reporting anti social behaviour out of hours
Our normal office hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. If you have a neighbour dispute or anti social behaviour problem outside these hours, you may find the following options for reporting problems helpful:
You can leave us a phone message on 01932 235778 and it will be picked up and returned the next working day.
It really helps if you can leave details about what happened? What time? Where it was? Any names of anyone involved, either as a perpetrator, victim or witness. If possible, please also provide your own name and contact number so we can get back to you. Anything you tell us will be treated in confidence. We will not give your details to the other person without your consent.
You can also leave a message anonymously, but this does mean we will not be able to get back to you to clarify anything or let you know what we have done about the problem.
You can email us at asb@elmbridgehousing.org.uk and your email will be picked up the following working day.
If you just want to find out more information you can use this website to download our ASB leaflet (Dealing with neighbour nuisance) or use the links to your local council or RESPECT to find out more.
You can download a copy of our diary sheets and guidance for completing diary sheets from this website.
This is really helpful as it provides us with detailed evidence about what has happened, where and when it happened and who was affected. If we have really clear details about the incident, it makes it much more difficult for someone to deny. If we don’t have much information, it can be difficult to establish who was responsible and what we can do to help.
Please fill them in and email them to asb@elmbridgehousing.org.uk or send them to our freepost address.

You can contact the Environmental Health department at your local council. They may have an out of hours service to deal with issues such as noise nuisance late at night.
Please then also inform us the next working day by email or phone so we can follow up with the Police.
