Reporting Anti Social Behaviour
Out of hours you can leave a message for the Estate Services Officer on their voice mail or on the Trust’s out of hours hot line on 01932 235778 which will be answered within 24 hours during the working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
In an emergency you should always call 999
There are lots of different ways you can report Anti social behaviour to us:
You can send an email to asb@elmbridgehousing.org.uk
You can contact your Estate Services Officer between 9 am and 5 pm.

If you have a Scheme Manager where you live, you can report it to them.
You can also visit our offices between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You don't need an appointment, however making one will guarantee that you see the person you want to.
What do I do if it happens at night or at the weekend?
If it is an emergency dial 999

If it is serious noise nuisance, your local council may have an out of hours Environmental Health Service that can help. Please see the links below for the relevant councils.
