Reporting a Repair

You can report a repair in the following ways:

By Telephone on 01932 235700 or 01932 235810 or 01932 235811. These numbers can be used for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

By Letter to our Head Office at Walton on Thames

In Person by calling at our offices in Walton-on-Thames. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (except bank holidays).

Through the Scheme Manager  - if you are living in one of our retirement schemes you can tell your scheme manager.

Whenever you report a repair or ask someone to report it on your behalf, please be ready to provide the following information:
• your full name, address and contact number
• details of the fault, including location and seriousness
• suitable times for access for us to complete the repair
• if the fault is as a result of vandalism, a crime reference number


Emergency Repairs
An emergency repair is something that if not tackled immediately could cause serious damage or put residents at risk. Typical examples are:
• total loss of power
• blocked sewers
• severe storm damage
• flooding, including major plumbing faults
• securing property
• total loss of heating (at certain times of year for vulnerable tenants)

Please note that when responding to an emergency, we will only carry out essential work to prevent the situation becoming worse. Any repair work will normally be carried out during office hours.
