Who Will Carry Out Your Repair?
We have a partnering contract with one contractor, Morrison Facilities Services Ltd. for all our maintenance requirements. Morrison are responsible for day-to-day repairs, gas servicing and gas repairs to domestic boilers, cyclical decorations, planned works such as kitchen, bathroom, boiler replacements and servicing equipment such as lifts and fire alarm equipment.
You only need to contact Morrison who will deal with all your maintenance queries. Morrison operated our maintenance service from our Head Office in Walton-on-Thames.
If the problem relates to your heating and hot water which, is supplied by a communal boiler and/or live in a scheme with resident staff, you need to ring Industraheat on 0800 174586.

Make sure you give Morrison as much information as possible including:
- Your name and address
- A contact phone number
- Details of the repair, what and where the problem is, what needs to be repaired and replaced and what is causing the problem)
- Times when Morrison can call
