You are here Home > Elmbridge Housing Trust > Rent & money matters > How do I pay my rent?
The rent is due on the Monday of each week. If you are not paying weekly then all other payments (i.e. fortnightly, monthly) must be paid a month in advance.
There are a number of ways in which you can pay your rent:
This is the easiest way to pay. Each week or month your rent will be collected from your bank account. Click here to download a Direct Debit form.
Please complete the Direct Debit form, entering your bank details. If you know it, also enter your 13 digit tenancy reference number in the box marked reference. If you do not know your tenant reference number, please write your name and address at the top of the form. Please note that you should continue to make rent payments by one of the other payment options available to you until you receive written confirmation from us that your Direct Debit has been arranged and the first payment has been made to us.
AllpayTM Swipe Card at outlets where this facility is available (Post Offices or outlets that display the “PayZone” sign). Visit the Allpay Website to find your nearest outlet.
Telephoning 0870 243 6040 using the details on your AllpayTM swipe card.
Visit the Allpay website where you will be able to pay your rent over the Internet. Before going through to the Allpay website please make sure you have your AllpayTM swipe card, as you will need the card number (the number printed across the card and your rent reference number (the number printed in the bottom left hand corner), and your debit or credit card.
If you need to order a replacement Swipe card please email the Income Team by clicking here.
