Report a Repair

To request a repair, please contact our maintenance contractor, Morrison using your preferred method of contact as detailed below.

You can report a repair in the following ways:

Via telephone on FREEPHONE 0800 980 9008. This number can be used for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Via the website by using the online form below.

By Letter to Paragon Maintenance Department, FREEPOST WB510, Paragon Community Housing Group, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey KT12 1DZ

In Person by calling at our offices in Walton-on-Thames. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (except bank holidays).
