Elmbridge Housing Trust is committed to resident involvement and ensuring that all our residents are integral to Paragon Housing Group’s pursuit of excellence.

How we involve, consult with and gain feedback from our residents varies depending on what we are doing and the number of people being consulted.  Our Resident Involvement Strategy details our current approach.  As part of our Customer Insight Programme we are working towards a range of options, so all residents can choose to get involved in a way that suits them – either regularly or occasionally.
