Paragon Community Housing Group is committed to making sure that all of our tenants are receiving all of the benefits to which they are entitled. We therefore offer a free and confidential Welfare Benefits Advice Service which is able to provide welfare benefit checks, advice, help with making claims and / or help with appeals.

Advice and assistance can be sought from an Adviser at any point but life changing events eg. birth, bereavement, poor health, loss of employment, retirement or a house move, are a key opportunity to ensure that you are receiving the correct level of benefit.
