Elmbridge Housing Trust Garages

The current weekly rents are £10.25 for tenants and £13.05 for non tenants. Trust policy stipulates that payment for garages is by Direct Debit.

Elmbridge Housing Trust applicants will only be considered for a garage if they have a clear rent account and no other outstanding debts to the Trust.

We are now operating a computerised waiting list.

Please complete our Garage Application Form and return it to us at your earliest convenience. On receipt of your form your name will be placed on the garage waiting list. Please note that the waiting time can vary according to demand in particular areas.

We will do our best to consider any specific locations requested, however we may not always be able to accommodate these.

It is essential that you let the Customer Service Team Section know of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your application for a garage.
