Respite Care

We recognise that home carers often need a break, whether it is to rest, go to work or socialise.

We offer ‘home from home’ respite care in all three of our care homes. This service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our service offers specialist respite to carers of people with Alzheimer's and dementia. We also offer respite to non dementia sufferers.

We carefully match our staff to carers so there is a strong relationship between support workers, family carers and the person with dementia. This ensures that there is limited disruption to routine which in turn reduces stress and upset.
