How Do I Access Key Worker Accommodation with Elmbridge Housing Trust?

Individuals seeking keyworker intermediate rent accommodation must register their interest with the Homebuyu Scheme which is administered by Catalyst Housing Group. Before Elmbridge Housing Trust is able to make any offers of accommodation, an application must be submitted to ‘Homebuy’ for approval to the scheme. Ideally, this can be done via the Homebuy website at www.catalysthomebuy.org.uk or, if the internet is not available to you, then you can call 0845 601 7729 to make arrangements for a paper application to be received in the post.

Once we receive notification of your application, either from yourself or from Catalyst Housing Group, then a copy of the application will be sought from Catalyst Housing Group allowing Elmbridge Housing Trust to take steps to verify your key worker employment and to give consideration to offering suitable accommodation.
