The Tenant Services Authority (TSA)

The TSA are currently working to develop a set of standards for the future regulation of the sector. In the meantime, they are continuing to use the regulatory framework whose requirements are set out in the Regulatory Code and Guidance established by the Housing Corporation.

Every housing association with more than 250 homes is continuously assessed on its performance under the Housing Corporation’s Regulatory Code, which judges viability, governance and management, and on how well it has used any Corporation funds it has been allocated. 

We achieved four green lights in our latest assessment from the Housing Corporation carried out in July 2007.  This means we have met or exceeded the required standard across all four categories.  Please Click Here to view the full report
