Description
Paragon Community Housing Group is a major provider for housing in Surrey and South West London; seeking to regenerate communities by promoting sustainable solutions. We have a development pipeline in excess of 500 homes; having developed 170 properties during 2010/11.
This is a superb opportunity for you to be a key team player within our highly skilled business development team. Duties include managing projects to meet customer requirements, liaising with external contractors, managing funding and bids, writing reports for the Group’s Board and Committees, maintaining policies in line with legislation,. Some out of hours work may be necessary.
