Description
This is an exciting opportunity for you to really make a difference. You will provide encouragement, support and guidance to residents choosing to move to smaller more manageable properties, ensuring that each case is dealt with empathetically and on its own merits, to provide a tailor made solution for our customers. You will be required to do home visits, keep accurate case work notes and data. You will need a creative flare to ensure the marketing and PR material is effective in promoting the under occupation scheme, you will also need a head for figures to provide monthly management reports on spend and activities associated with the budget.
You must have previous frontline customer service experience, an understanding of local authority or registered housing providers and have access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
An understanding of housing options and allocations is desirable,
