How do I pay my rent and service charges?
Your rent / service charge is due to be paid monthly in advance.
The rent is made up of a charge for your home and may also cover a charge for services you and your neighbours receive. Some examples of services you may receive inlcude gardening, cleaning, heating and hot water, a support charge or parking. We will send you a service charge statement each year which explains the services you pay for and how much you pay for them. People living in different places may receive different services and pay different amounts.
