Who will carry out your repair?

We have a partnering contract with one contractor, Morrison Facilities Services Ltd. for all our maintenance requirements. Morrison are responsible for day-to-day communal repairs, cyclical decorations, planned works and servicing equipment such as lifts and fire alarm equipment.

You can report a repair in the following ways:

Via telephone on FREEPHONE 0800 980 9008. This number can be used for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Via email to repairs@paragon.co.uk

Via text to 'REPAIRS' and your name to 07961 076 076

By letter to Paragon Maintenance Department, FREEPOST WB510, Paragon Community Housing Group, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey KT12 1DZ

In person by calling at our offices in Walton-on-Thames. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (except bank holidays).

Make sure you give Morrison as much information as possible including:

  • Your name and address
  • A contact phone number
  • Details of the repair, what and where the problem is, what needs to be repaired etc
  • Times when Morrison can call
