Franklands Drive, Addlestone
The proposed development on land adjacent to Franklands Drive in Addlestone, Surrey will provide a mix of 350 affordable homes. The development will comprise a range of house and flat types together with open space and play areas.
The Franklands Drive development is being progressed by Paragon Community Housing Group in partnership with Accent Peerless Housing Group.

Activity on site includes general landscaping maintenance, surveying work and the translocation of an area of rich acid grassland.
Demolition of Vacant Bungalows
As part of the pre-commencement works for the Franklands Drive development the demolition of the vacant bungalows at Nos. 47, 51 and 53 commenced on Monday 2 November 2009. Addlestone based firm Capital Demolition Limited are undertaking the work which also includes the formation of a site access/construction road together with the installation of construction hoardings.
A letter has been sent to local residents providing them with further information regarding the demolition including timetable and contact details. A copy of the letter is available below.
