Our Developments

Paragon’s Development Department is based at our Hampton office, and co-ordinates both Elmbridge Housing Trust’s and Richmond Upon Thames Churches Housing Trust’s development projects.    

Our development programme continues to produce in excess of 150 new homes a year.  We are currently working on many new projects varying from land opportunities with and without planning, to Section 106 deals with private developers.  Our schemes include all tenures including homes for rent, homes for sale (affordable ownership), and extra care.  Our projects tend to be concentrated in our key ‘local Authority areas of operation’ (see below).  Should you have any development opportunities in any of these areas, or projects requiring a S106 obligation for affordable housing we would be interested to hear from you.
