What is Pursuing Excellence?

The Pursuing Excellence Group (PEG) is a continuous improvement group formed to make sure that Paragon Community Housing Group and its subsidiaries deliver an excellent and consistent service to customers. While the focus is on service delivery within Elmbridge Housing Trust and Richmond Churches Housing Trust, significant elements, for example, procurement and Value for Money, will apply across the Group.

PEG reviews operational practise and performance in the context of best practise and the goals and objectives of the organisation. Since its start, PEG has, among other achievements, overseen and/or contributed to the following:

• Group Access & Customer Care Strategy
• Group Equality & Diversity Strategy
• Group Aid & Adaptations Strategy 
• Group Performance Information Pack
• Group STATUS survey
• Development of a comprehensive approach to the collection and monitoring of customer satisfaction data as part of the Paragon Customer Insight Programme
