We have a number of key partners, some of whom provide direct services for us. 

The biggest partnership we have is with Inspace Partnerships Limited. Inspace Partnerships Limited provide the vast majority of the repairs and maintenance services to our rented homes.

This Includes:

• Responsive Repairs Service – when you phone to report a problem at your home
• Cyclical Decorations – painting etc to the corridors and outside of the buildings.
• Gas Servicing (other than commercial boilers) and annual gas safety certificates. To find out more information about gas safety and why we need to check your boiler every year Click Here
• Void Works – repairs to empty properties so new tenants can move in
• Decent Homes Improvements – improvements and putting in new kitchens and bathrooms
• Major Repairs – large scale work such as replacing roofs

We work with a number of specialist agencies who provide supported housing for us.  The main agency is Hestia Housing and Support, but we also work with a number of others including:

• Richmond Homes for Life
• SPEAR

As well as improving it's existing properties, Paragon works with a number of development partners to build new homes.
