Current Performance

Every 3 months we will update the performance indicators. These look at some specific figures to check we are doing everything we should be.
 

The main areas we measure are:

• Rent Arrears – what percentage of the total rent we charge is owed by tenants who have not paid
• What percentage of emergency repairs we completed within 24 hours
• What percentage of urgent repairs we completed within 57 days
• What percentage of routine repairs we completed within 14 days
• How quickly we re-let properties that were empty (voids)
