The Trust provides a full range of rented housing and related services, including:
- General needs housing
- Retirement housing to rent or buy
- Specialist supported housing catering for people with lots of different needs
- Care homes for older people
- Shared ownership accommodation
- Accommodation for key workers
- Welfare benefits advice
- Resettlement and Support services
We build approximately 200 new homes each year for rent and shared ownership. We have a strong reputation with staff, stakeholders and partners as a good employer, an organisation that delivers on its promises and a provider of high quality housing, care and support.
