The Trust provides a full range of rented housing and related services, including:

• General needs housing
• Retirement housing to rent or buy
• Specialist supported housing catering for people with lots of different needs
• Care homes for older people
• Shared ownership accommodation
• Accommodation for key workers
• Welfare benefits advice
• Resettlement and Support services

We build approximately 200 new homes each year for rent and shared ownership. We have  a strong  reputation with staff, stakeholders and partners as a good employer, an organisation that delivers on its promises and a provider of high quality housing, care and support.
