Who we are

The Trust was formed in 1967 and is an exempt charity registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965. We have been registered with the Housing Corporation since 1975 and are a member of the National Housing Federation.

Richmond Churches Housing Trust is part of Paragon Community Housing Group Ltd. Paragon was formed in 2007 when Elmbridge Housing Trust and Richmond Churches Housing Trust came together to form a new group. Both Richmond and Elmbridge retain their own housing stock. Central services such as finance, human resources and IT have been combined to produce savings across the group. 

If you rent or lease your home from us, your landlord is still Richmond Churches Housing Trust.

We employ 89 people in our residential care homes and sheltered housing and 58 in our office in Hampton.  We have been re-accredited with Investors In People across the Paragon group in Summer 2008.
