Richmond Churches Housing Trust Board of Management

Our board members are volunteers with a wide range of experience and expertise who steer the Trust and ensure that we are an effective organisation operating according to our objectives to provide the best possible services.

The Board governs the Trust through Board meetings. Staff report performance to the Board in a number of areas including Governance, Financial Strategy, development of new homes, management of homes and maintenance. We also report to the Board on issues affecting the wider economy, political and legal issues that may affect us and other housing associations.

Tracey is Finance Director at Octavia Housing and Support, another housing association. Tracy has a wealth of experience working in the housing sector and a strong understanding of the importance of financial stability.
