Reporting anti social behaviour
There are lots of different ways you can report Anti social behaviour to us:
You can send an email to asb@rutcht.org.uk.
You can contact the Tenancy Services team between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday on 020 8481 7277 (Option 3).
You can contact your Tenancy Services Officer directly. If you don't know who your officer is, a Tenancy Services Assistant (see number above) can advise you.

If you have a Scheme Manager where you live, you can report it to them
You can also visit our offices between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You don't need an appointment, however making one will guarantee that you see the person you want to.
What do I do if it happens at night or at the weekend?

If it is an emergency dial 999
If it is serious noise nuisance, your local council may have an out of hours Environmental Health Service that can help. Please see the links below for the relevant councils
