Reporting a Repair
You can report a repair in any of the following ways:
- By telephone on freephone number 0800 980 9008. This number can be used for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- By email to repairs@paragonchg.co.uk
- Via the online form
- By texting ‘repair’ and your name to 07961 076 076
- By letter to Case House, 85-89 High Street, Walton on Thames, Surrey KT12 1DZ
- By fax to 01932 235704
- In person by calling at our offices in Hampton where you will be able to use a telephone to make a call to our
freephone repairs line at: Richmond upon Thames Churches Housing Trust, 13 Castle Mews, High Street, Hampton,
Middlesex, TW12 2NN.
Out of Hours Service
If you wish to report a neighbour dispute or anti social behaviour outside normal working hours, please refer to the reporting ASB out of hours page in the Anti social behaviour section of this website.
