Site visit and estate inspection timetable
At RuTCHT we have an extensive programme of inspections where your Tenancy Services Officer (TSO) visits every area within their responsibility.
The idea behind these visits is to ensure the TSO can stay on top of communal repairs, any gathering rubbish, graffiti or problems in the garden area. Each TSo makes a note of what needs to be done and reports the issue on to our maintenance contractor or our local cleaning and gardening contractors.
Here you will find a copy of our site visit and estate inspection timetable. If you would like to attend, please ring your TSO directly. Their details can be found by using the search function above.
If your home is not on the list, your TSO will still be inspecting your site at some point. Please contact your TSO for a scheduled time of inspection.
