Handyperson Service

We offer a free handyperson service to our sheltered housing schemes.

If you have any small scale jobs that need doing, we may be able to do these for you for free, through our contractor Morrison.

Typical examples of jobs we would be pleased to carry out are: -

• Fitting lamp shades
• Putting together small flat pack furniture
• Fitting shelves
• Changing light bulbs
• Replacing WC seats
• Hanging pictures
• Fixing curtain rails and poles
• Fitting bathroom accessories

If you have any of the above jobs or similar you would like us to carry out please tell your resident manager who will forward these on to Morrison.

Morrison will carry out these jobs on a first come first serve basis during their quieter times. Inspace will contact you or your resident manager to let you know when they are coming to carry out these works; this may be at short notice. They may not be able to get round to all your requests within a short space of time so please be patient.

This handyperson service is completely free, however if you are requesting shelving or lamp shades fitted we would obviously expect you to provide these materials, Morrison will provide the consumable type materials such as plugs and screws etc
