Making an Appointment

When you report a repair, you will be offered either a morning or afternoon appointment time. Our morning appointments are between 8:30 to 1:00pm and our afternoon appointments between 1:00 to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Our partnering maintenance contractor Morrison will arrange a mutually convenient appointment with you. If you are reporting your repair by email, please state one or more appointment times that are convenient. Your appointment time will be confirmed on the repair letter sent to you.

If you need an appointment to fit in around school-runs, please advise Morrison when you report the repair and you will be offered a more flexible appointment.
 

Appointment times available are Monday to Friday 9.45 - 12 noon; 12 noon - 2.45pm and 3.45 to 5pm

If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact Morrison to rearrange to avoid an unsuccessful call-out.
