Who Will Carry Out Your Repair?

We have a partnering contract with one contractor, Inspace Partnerships for all our maintenance requirements. Inspace are responsible for day-to-day repairs, gas servicing and gas repairs to domestic boilers, cyclical decorations, planned works such as kitchen, bathroom, boiler replacements and servicing equipment such as lifts and fire alarm equipment.

You only need to contact Inspace who will deal with all your maintenance queries. Inspace operated our maintenance service from our office at Castle Mews.

If the problem relates to your heating and hot water which, is supplied by a communal boiler and/or live in a scheme with resident staff, you need to ring Industraheat on 0800 174586.
