Richmond upon Thames Churches Housing Trust does not have an open waiting list for general needs rented accommodation.  If you wish to apply for housing within the localities of Elmbridge, Richmond, Wandsworth, Kingston, Hounslow or Lambeth, you should contact the relevant local authority.  See below for details.

How do I apply for Sheltered Housing with Richmond upon Thames Churches Housing Trust?

The Trust has an open waiting list for its sheltered housing schemes. 

To be eligible to apply for one of the Trust’s sheltered schemes you need to be 55 years or over and you will need to complete an application form.  All offers of accommodation to our sheltered schemes are subject to a successful assessment of needs.  If you would like to apply for a home in one of our schemes then please contact our Customer Services Team on 020 8481 7277 option 2 and request an application pack; email us on info@rutcht.org.uk or download a copy of the application form here.
