Leasehold sheltered accommodation

Richmond Churches Housing Trust has nine leasehold schemes for older people.  Eight of these schemes have a resident manager on duty 28 hours per week, with emergency pull cord assistance available 24 hours a day.  The other scheme does not a resident manager but does have the emergency pull cord assistance.
