Rent
If you are a Secure or Assured Tenant, your rent is due to be paid weekly in advance every Monday.
The rent is made up of a charge for your home and may also cover a charge for services you and your neighbours receive. Some examples of services you may receive inlcude gardening, cleaning, heating & hot water, a support charge or parking. We will send you a service charge statement each year which explains the services you pay for and how much you pay for them. People living in different places may receive different services and pay different amounts. If you want to know more about your service charge, please contact Customer Services on 020 8481 7277 option 2.
You may be entitled to help with your rent and/or council tax. Please download an information sheet for your local area which explains who might be able to get help and who you contact to receive help.
